Jenny, Maybe I've been lucky, but I have not had any trouble with 439. Installed fine and works well. There are still some issues that I'm sure are being worked but it seems stable. The need to re-install from a full download has been around for some time. It is due to several possible reasons. The best thing is that a full install overwrites the older install without loss of data. Those using the standard version are required to update with this method. Please report back if you continue to experience trouble with the latest and specify which OS and computer you are using. Ron Taylor

I keep getting Error 9. Having exhausted all the options of the Online Troubleshooting information for this error (including uninstalling, running CCleaner, reinstalling, opening my oldest (of 3) backups, running Check/Repair 3 times and exporting it to a new file) the error persists. I have informed Support.
