This is going to be a little convoluted because it has to be done in several steps.
First my assumption of the existing situation from your message. You have Mary and the father with all seven children shown as their children in Family View 1. If you have not done so turn on the display of RIN numbers on names (you will need a list of RIN numbers for the children) Go to Options > Customize > 8. View Set Option 8.2 for RIN numbers on Family and Pedigree View Save 2. Visit the family of Mary and her children with the father. 3. Make a note of all the RIN numbers for those children. Also note the RIN numbers for the 2 children who have the second known father. 4. Right click on each child who does not belong to the displayed father and select unlink from parents. Repeat until only the one known child is left in Family view 5. Click on the spouse Icon for Mary and then on Add a New Husband. Add the common father for the two children. 6. With Mary and the common father in Family view click on the click to add a child line, select link to an existing son or daughter. 7. Select the RIN number of one of the two children this father sired. 8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add the second child of this father. Mary should now have two spouses, one with one child and a second with two children. 9. Use the Name list to find and select one of the four remaining children 10. In Family view click on Add a Mother for this child 11. Select Link to AN existing person 12. Find and select Mary 13. This child will now have only Mary and an unknown male as his/her parents. Mary should show three spouses (Father of one child, father of two kids and Unknown (0)). 14. Repeat steps 9 through 12 with the three remaining children you disconnected in step 4.
