Just a crazy notion from someone who has very little clue about Legacy, but 
what if you copy the research notes to a Word document or something, delete the 
research notes, print the DNB (pdf) checking to see if it comes out the way you 
want it to, and then go back and copy from Word/document and paste the research 
notes back to Legacy?  Hopefully Legacy cannot refer to the Research Notes if 
they are not there.
