Mike, I have heard of twins being born on different days and even in different years - generally when the first one is born close to midnight but sometimes there is a long gap of time between the birth of twins.
Legacy's date field isn't programmed to include time. You can manually sort the children in the Edit Children window (right click on a child and select "Children's Settings".
