Thank you Mike for your reply. Before posting my query, I used the Help facility and did see that it referenced to Ancestral File Number, however I was confused as the letters AFN applies to both so I wasn’t jumping to conclusions, merely asking this lovely forum for advice and correction, that was all, but thank you for confirming it.
So how do I get ahnentafel numbers to appear in the Ancestor Book report then? I would suggest you learn to use the Help facility and not jump to assumptions. AFN stands for Ancestral File Number and has nothing whatsoever to do with Ahnentafel numbers. Open any Individual Information window and press F1. -- Regards, Mike Fry (Jhb) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
