Marie,

If you go through the Master source list in the file which contains your
templates and tag only those which are templates then when you go to the
new file and select the Import Lists there is an option when
copying/importing sources to only include those you have tagged. In your
example you would tag the 1850 Fedrl but not the 1850 one(s).

That should let you import just the templates you want to transfer.
