Don't be too constrained by the *names* of the template fields.  You can
often use a field for something other than what it's name suggests (or
you can not use a field at all.)

I use the Directories>Online Images templates for City Directories.  It
offers fields for both Editor and Agency/Creator:  I don't think I've
ever needed to use both.  Could you not use the Agency/Creator field for
the Publisher information?
