I know you asked for Private response, but since I am only testing Legacy 8
and not fully up to date on its functions, thought I would reply to list.

Amazingly....my stats report lists 1030 persons born after 2000  and that
MATCHES a search for date of birth after 01/01/2000!!

But again, this situation still bodes that Legacy should list somewhere in
the help files, HOW these numbers are calculated (for all stats) , with
specific details.
So far the ONLY explanation I have seen is that anything in the ERA
categories is based upon the date of birth .
