Jessica, It is perfectly okay for you to ask a question like this on the list. I am answering your question by saying that if you are having a problem like this then it is more than what we want to handle on the list. It maybe be something simple or it may be more complicated. Trying figure it out with numerous back and forth messages isn't appropriate for the LUG list. This isn't a known bug and I haven't seen anyone else say they have this problem.
