I would go to the spouses list and click on each one to see which was
linked to the children.  In my case, the erroneous marriage didn't have
children linked to it so I could unlink safely.

The program is able to link them twice because technically the same couple
could have married twice - divorced and then remarried.  So when it is
imported and merged it creates that second marriage.  But not a new person.
At least that was my issue.

Not all email providers send you a copy of what you post yourself.  Or it
might have been some quick with the email address for the users group.
Just save this one for future use just in case and be glad we got it right
this time :-). It's a great group of helpers!!
