Your email to support was forwarded to the tech who handles issues with
emails. Since you're now seeing them, he apparently has reset your
subscription.

Most often the email problems we receive are when emails are posted to the
group but they're not coming back to you or they're landing in your Spam
folder.

Normally Jim will write back and let you know he has reset your
subscription.

Check your spam folder!
