Just for grins (to do a test), try adding a new printer (via Windows of
course, not via Legacy).

Shut down Legacy.

Via Windows, add a "local" printer, set it to print to a file (instead
of to LPT1), for the printer manufacture pick GENERIC, and for the
printer pick GENERIC/TEXT ONLY.

Make this your default printer. (Do not do a test print - but be aware
that if you do a test print or any printing to this printer, it will
prompt you for a file name - that's OK - just make sure you remember the
name/location you give it.)

Now restart Legacy. Does it see this new printer?

Now shut down Legacy. Change the Windows default printer back to your
normal printer.

Now restart Legacy. Does it now see your normal printer?

Another test - I know you say your printer is printing fine with other
programs, but two other things you can dry:
* Delete/uninstall your printer and reboot and re-install it
* Uninstall Legacy and boot and re-install it

What type of printer is it (Make/model)? How does it connect to your
computer (LPT1, USB, wireless, etc)?

Also - previously you were asked what OS you had. It looks like your
reply to that was "I'm running Chrome . . . ". Chrome is a browser, not
an OS (Operating System). Though there are "PCs" that use an actual OS
created by Chrome - but they are not Windows computers and thus I doubt
they will install Legacy - let alone run it. So I'm assuming you have
Windows, but which version of Windows?

Good luck,
Bob
