You could create a new Legacy file or files for these items. I'm migrating into Legacy from TMG. I have a couple of files there for these purposes. This makes the information readily available, but doesn't clutter up my main file. The system will work just as well in Legacy. I store all my media in folder, actually folder tree, in Documents. This makes it easily assessable for several purposes; Legacy being only one of those purposes. Barbara
