I have probably messed up already. I entered the files individually as documents. I did not know I could attach a folder to the person. The files were on my computer in separate folders, but when I put them in Legacy (as a media file) I deleted them from the old location (one of many folders on the family in question in "Documents".)
I suspect I am out of my depth, technologically speaking.
