Like Wendy, I find that the group emails are often put into my junk
folder ON MY ISP's SERVER, and these are never downloaded to my local
email program. I have to periodically sign on to my email account
through my browser to find these. I can then mark them as "Not Spam."
Hopefully, at some point the ISP's junk mail filter will recognize my
"Not Spam" designation and no longer so designate them.

Depending on your local email program, it might have a setting to let
you download more than just the ones in the server "Inbox" folder,
including the remote "Junk" folder.
