Jane, The advantage to going through your locations one at a time is that you can do several things at once. You can fix the long location, add a short location and check the map to make sure the pin is where it is supposed to be. You will also find duplicates that you can merge. By the time you are done your list will be ship shape :) When you are done with a location you can tag it so that you know which ones you have done and which ones you haven't.

Those entries that failed to work had space, comma, space, comma, then the county name and state name. That meant that USA would have been one field too many, so it wasn't added. I am afraid if I use "find and replace" to replace the two space + commas, I will mess something else up. I should probably just go through one by one, to do it right. Thanks for all you help.
