Hi Michele Thanks, I did this: (1) Reset to Legacy Defaults (2) Report Options> Event Narrative Format> Bullet Point Each Event NB Made no other changes. The Report still shows a line after the Events heading, and after each individual event. Can't understand why re-setting to default is not clearing these lines? Mary Young
