Hi John, It sounds as if you are just starting with Legacy sourcing. I suggest you watch some of the online webinars that are Legacy specific at: http://www.familytreewebinars.com/legacy_videos.php Many of these are free including: Sources and Citations Made Simple, Standard, and Powerful
Re your specific source. It sounds like it might be a book - a Conference report - rather than a church register detailing life events so you may be better off with a book template from Source Writer. The Source Writer is a helpful guide but you don't find in it specific templates for sources except for some censuses.
