I simply enter them in with the first name blank, their father's surname, and 
gender unknown.  You could add "bef 1910" for the death date.

Surname as their names placeholder. Generally I add in double brackets in the 
SUFFIX area the name of the dad. This info in double brackets won’t print 
anywhere but it ID’s the infant for me in the name index.



You could otherwise add the information in the couple’s marriage notes but it 
probably wouldn’t be as obvious to you there if your main purpose is to be 
reminded to search for these children.
