Did you send it to Legacy Support? Posting to this list is not the way
to contact them if you specifically need their assistance. It is for
peer-to-peer support (ie users helping other users) and some Legacy
staff also contribute here *when they can*.

You can find an email address for Support on their web site, or you
could go to the "Support" link on the Home tab within Legacy.
