I need to create a source that is a book, "Memorial and Biographical History of Dallas County, Texas" published in 1892 by The Lewis Publishing Company. I'm trying to find the appropriate source template. Is the author in this case considered to be the publishing company when no author nor editor are identified? There are templates where the author is an "agency" but I don't believe those are applicable. I'd appreciate guidance on which template to select. The book is online at Google books if anyone is interested in taking a look.
