I need to create a source that is a book, “Memorial

1892 by The Lewis Publishing Company.  I’m trying to find the
appropriate source template.  Is the author in this case
considered to be the publishing company when no author nor editor
are identified?  There are templates where the author is an
“agency” but I don’t believe those are applicable.  I’d
appreciate
guidance on which template to select.  The book is online at
Google books if anyone is interested in taking a look.

     As the book was compiled
from various Sources by the Publishers I think an "authored by
an Agency" template is the most
suitable.  This will produce a citation
which includes "The Lewis Publishing Company, editor".
