Mine sorts to the top.  You may have over-ridden the default.


My settings on this screen located at:  Other Tools button on the Tools tab of 
the Ribbon bar and then choosing Sort Children, Marriage, and Events Lists from 
the submenu.



                No check mark in the sort boxes; one check mark in the "Don't 
sort the xxx field if there are one or more blank dates in the group.

If an event is created without a date, it will sit at the bottom of the stack.  
Is there any way to send it to the top of the event stack quickly (without 
having to hit the up arrow a bunch of times)?
