Problem now seems to be fixed, thanks to Support. I had also sent my message, along with my file to Support group. They found no problem in my file, but focused on my program files and/or my PC. Started with a "Complete Removal" and reinstall, and that seems to have fixed the problem. But now my major inconvenience is that I have lost all my settings. I did make a Zip file with the *.usr files. Can anyone suggest the specific *.usr files I might restore to get back my Options Settings?
Thanks to Jarmie on the support team, made the fix go simply. On 8/6/2015 1:20 PM, Genealogy Bob wrote: > I started receiving this error about a week ago, running on 473.
