My issue persists. I found the Legacy8.lng file under my Documents
folder and deleted it, as per the instructions that came up, but I now
get the error which states

Error creating new folder C:\Users\Jerry\Documents\LegacyFamilyTree

Anyway, I created those FILES NAMES myself and re-ran the install and
got exactly the same error. I never had this kind of dilemma before in
all the times I've installed, re-installed Legacy. Thanks, if anyone can
help, or I will contact support.
