Nothing. Media files are not transferred via Gedcom, At best a Gedcom
includes the name of the media file and where it resides on your
computer - the file path.
It's time I deleted my Ancestry file and uploaded a new one.

If you want media on your Ancestry file you upload it one file at a
time. It might be a good idea to have a separate limited tree that you
plan to upload media to so the larger tree can be deleted and replaced
with a fresh copy without affecting the one with the media. You can't
update an Ancestry tree with a Gedcom - only add another or replace.
