Yes I did install on the same computer. Your logic seems reasonable. Thanks for the help. I have too many media files to transfer manually to the Ancestry Gedcom generated file so I'll take advice and create a smaller version and attach media to that; just doing this for some of the family and they are not interest in the whole tree. Again thanks to all who explained this to me. It is, as always, been helpful. Bill
