I normally add them as a marriage event -- Family Picture. That picture would then be printed as part of the Husband & Wife Reports and would have the other family (children) members.
You could add an event to each person, but the family marriage event, in my opinion, works the best. Otherwise, you will have repeating pictures in reports if you add the same event & picture for each person.
