Beware Ancestry hints. Yes they can be helpful but they need very careful 
checking. They're often referencing someone totally unconnected.

Download actual documents and then attach them where appropriate in Legacy.

There's no quick way, just more efficient ways. eg, if that's all you are 
downloading, set your download folder to your default media folder.

I don't update my Ancestry tree. I periodically delete it and export a new 
gedcom from Legacy to upload another. If I wanted to add photos to my Ancestry 
tree, I'd upload a much smaller one to a new ancestry tree or add the people 
one by one in a new permanent tree.
