Linda: Neither Legacy of Rootsmagic will produce Books like you have in FTM. In Legacy, You can insert blank pages into the book and later edit with a Word Processor and fill in those pages. You can also insert text pages as a chapter in your book (no graphics).
I have publish 4 books using Legacy and I am very happy with the detailed formatting options and control of the output -- It has lots of options and controls other programs do not have. If you want to use your current book format, just stick with FTM Good luck ___ Leon Chapman [email protected] ----- On Sat, Dec 12, 2015 at 9:22 AM, Linda <[email protected]> wrote: > I thought I'd show you a sample portion of one of my books from FTM. > > http://ge.tt/950yFXT2/v/0?c > > I've been looking at both Rootsmagic and Legacy 8 and I don't doubt for a > moment they both do more than enough when it comes to recording my family > history.
