I am unable to install the locations DB on Windows 10. I get an error message that says "This app cannot run on your PC. To find a verson that will run on your machine, check with the software publisher". I have a brand new Acer laptop. I have tried running as admin and used all the troubleshouting emulating as far back as XP. Does anyone have any suggestions?
