I guess Families has a learning curve like any program.
There seems to have been a change to the Families Sync program to get
your data to the device OR I've learnt better how to use it as this part
of the process is much easier.
Both of these could cause negative comments on the Play Store.

I use it to view my data when out and about.

The reason I don't use it to enter data is that I mainly use the
SourceWriter system for entering sources and although the sync back from
Families preserves existing SourceWriter sources, you can't enter them
in Families - and of course there is no Source Clipboard to enable you
to source easily.
