The download link is for v3, which doesn't even show in their change log! I doubt very much that the download you found would work with the latest version of Legacy. GedStar Pro is currently v4.6.0. If you go to the GedStar Pro website, it states that support is limited there is no guarantee for updates or future releases. Looks to me like the developer is running out of steam..... Families 2.0 works directly with the Legacy FamilyFile and no gedcom is necessary. You can edit the data and reimport it back into Legacy. Malcolm Greene, the developer of Families, is still around and doing great support for this app. There's also an iOS version. I used GedStar Pro back in the Palm handheld days!
