Hi Barbara, In regard to the question about upgrading to Windows 10 (or not), you may find it helpful to read this article I saw the other day - https://askleo.com/should-i-upgrade-to-windows-10/
I find that Leo Notenboom (of the site "Ask Leo") writes plainly and sensibly, and has a skill at explaining technical things in a way that is easy to understand. I subscribe to his free weekly email newsletter as well as follow him on Facebook. Personally, I have decided that I am not going to upgrade my laptop, which runs on Windows 7. It works fine for me. The laptop is starting to show signs of its age and won't last forever, and when I upgrade I'll move to Windows 10 (or whatever is the current version by that time). There is no right or wrong answer on this question, just the one that you choose for yourself. I think Cathy has had a great result on her machine, having sent it to an expert for cleaning and upgrading to Windows 10. Hope this helps. :-) Wendy Barbara Ford wrote on 11/02/2016 11:20: > Okay, thank you.
