You can go to Tools >Marriage List
and print a report of all the MRINs and associated people.
My report for that is about 600 pages long just for the names. I have over
34,000 people in my DB.

I really don't think you want to write a report using every MRIN in your
database, unless you only have about 20 or so people in your DB.

I have found that using the Multiple Descendant report is only useful if
you limit the family names to about 4-8. Anymore that that, you will just
be creating a paper generator.

One book that I wrote with 4 MRIN families resulted in an 800 page book (a
2" thick using 8.5x11" pages) by the time I included other chapters. The
Multiple descendant portion of that book was over 500 pages. Most
publishing companies won't print a book over about 800 pages - it is just
too thick and will fall apart.

I am currently writing a new book using multiple lines of descendant and am
using 6 families. A couple of the families are only 6-8 generations. This
book is about 500 pages which is a 1" hardback book with page size of
8.5X11".

I think you will find the best book format will be a 1-4 family name book.
I have a one family book that is close to 400 pages.

Another option to consider is writing an Ancestor Book with your youngest
person as a staring point. Using my grandson as a starting point, my
Ancestor Book would be 685 pages. This would be a very large book to
publish. To get a printer to print a color version of this book would
probably be $120 to $300 for one book. Some local companies charge about
$1/page for Color copies. A B&W book this size might cost you $30-$75 to
publish.

One good thing, Legacy can provide you a Preview of the book and create a
PDF file for you to look at without wearing out your printer or costing you
an "arm and a leg"

Good luck on creating your book.
