I've had a closer look.
You can include Spouse notes in all Book Reports and although they're
greyed out in the Family Group Report, they're included automatically if
you've chosen to include Notes.
I'm not sure what other report you'd be wanting to add them to.

whether you should be able to choose them or not if we don't know
which report you are working with.

these features when I already have a Deluxe version.
