The programmers use a template for report options and rather than having a bunch of empty space on the tabs, they just gray out the ones that aren't available.
I'm not even seeing options for Spouses Notes'. If you select Notes, they'll be included. Marriage Notes and Children's Notes have their own option. Other Spouses will be listed, but not in detail, and only the children of the spouse being reported on will be shown. If you want children of the other spouses, then you need to make reports for each family. The report is lined so boxes wouldn't work anyway. However if you want unlined reports, select "Summary Style" on the Format tab (explained in the Help topic for Report Options - click on the Help button when you're in the Report Options window) If you're not sure if you're seeing all the available options, click on the "Reset" button on the main report window.
