Dick Nixon, Thanks for the input. I didn't think of the Vital notes titles printing at the end of the report when there aren't any notes entered. Yes, I will have to play with a person in the sample file to see what happens with all the reports. Like I said, I'm still thinking about this and trying to anticipate the problems so I appreciate the "heads-up" on this issue. Linda G
