As the transcript is part of the Source, I include it in the Source Detail, so there is no question of not knowing which Source it goes with.
I do sometimes *also* (not instead) include the transcript in Event Notes. One example of when I'd do this is when the Source was a newspaper article, perhaps an Obituary or Funeral Report. In many cases I will only summarise the transcript in the Event Notes; an example of this is with a Will.
