This is a known issue for certain users. So far we have not been able to
figure why it happens for some and not others. Submit this to
Support@LegacyFamilyTree either directly via email or using the Report a
Problem link on the Legacy Home Tab in the program or the Help Center >
Submit a Support ticket link on our web site.
The techs can give you some ways that have helped others overcome the
problem but they will also add your case to the existing problem report.
