Good Afternoon,I have a set of files generated from years of research on one immigrant family. I abstracted the data and created an event for the data which is now attached to each person in the file [almost 400 entries]. The data for each person is different.
Is there a way to insert a global description into the header for a set of tagged people for a particular event? I really don't want to do this one at a time.
I have an event set up for miscellaneous 'Family Files'. This new abstracted data should have been entered there with a description of where the data came from. I used the name of the original researcher as the name of the specific data and created an event with her name [Zink Data]
Here's what I would like to do: Event Name: Family Files Description: Zink Data Date: 1 Jan 1997 [this is the date that I got the files] Thanks for any suggestions. Martha In Los Osos, CA
