Maybe I missed it, but I haven't noticed anyone mention anything about
the Legacy window display not being completed (no Tags showing) when
opening Legacy or after running file maintenance options. I'm using the
mouse to click many hundreds of times during the day, so the extra two
clicks at startup would seem unimportant, but its enough of an
aggravation that if this is only happening to me and not others, I would
like to know about it. This problem started with the program code we
received in each of the last four builds except for one. In the builds
before that, the display would be fully finished, with all the Tags
showing, when opening Legacy, or after running file maintenance options.
