If you go to Search you will find one of the tabs is labelled "Missing
Sources" and there are lots of options there.
Or, to search all persons for a particular string within the Source
‘attachments’ ?
Use Search & Replace. In "Find Where" you will need to select the
appropriate field, beginning "Source..." if the word is included in the
Master Source, or beginning "Citation..." if the word is included in the
Source Details.
