Under Windows 10, when ones tries to go to a smaller window, the process is not fluid as it is with other programs.
There is a time delay and the passage from one level to the other goes by step. It is the same thing with both v8 and v9. There seems to be a sort of incompatibility between Windows 10 and Legacy. Am I the only one to see this problem? Georges
