Ian, click on the drop menu next to the surname of one of your people with McFADDEN. This opens the surname list. You can now edit and save the surname. It will ask if you want to make changes to all records with this surname, and you say 'yes'.

Somehow I have a capitalisation problem (surnames) that I can’t fix. I think at some time I must have entered a part of the name in all capitals.

Subsequently, when I enter a person with the exact same surname, it mimics that error. I’m not sure how to fix all of them (about 10).

The name is McFadden, and I see them as McFADDEN – if I enter another in the edit screen, it is changed to that.

My other surnames, in the edit screen (Individual’s Information), will be like Wilson or McIntosh.
