Larry, If similar to my order, the download link for the pdf book should have been at the bottom on your order receipt (emailed). I also noted a download link on the web page that confirmed the purchase. Finally, I received a separate email later that day (Oct 28th) with a download link for the book. If you received a receipt via email, check that.
Larry and Thomas, I believe Geoff mentioned that while the pdf version of the book was available, the actual printed copies of the book would not be available until later in November.
