When I back up my media files, I get a "missing file" message. I know this file no longer exists! It was a .doc containing a funeral oration, which I decided to incorporate into a Source, and then deleted the document.
The Help File says *Testing the Locations* If you would like to test all the picture links within your family file, click the *Test All Media Folders* button. Legacy tests to see if each media file exists. If a file cannot be found within the current list of folders, *you are given the opportunity to find it yourself or to delete the reference*. All I get is "View File? 1 media files is missing would you like to view the Missing Media List in your text editor?" Whether I answer Yes or No, there's no opportunity to delete the reference.
