When I back up my media files, I get a "missing file" message. I know

The Help File says
*Testing the Locations*
If you would like to test all the picture links within your family file,
click the *Test All Media Folders* button. Legacy tests to see if each
media file exists. If a file cannot be found within the current list of
folders, *you are given the opportunity to find it yourself or to delete
the reference*.
All I get is "View File? 1 media files is missing would you like to view
the Missing Media List in your text editor?"
Whether I answer Yes or No, there's no opportunity to delete the reference.
If you look at the "list" in your text editor, where does is say that
file is attached? It sounds as thought it is still referenced somewhere
and you need to go to the relevant person and delete the link.
