Hi Joyce, the problem was that the last few were very old ones. And the legacy search drop down was even older. The problem is over though, after a shutdown, all seemed to be correct again. I do many things to cause myself problems, through lack of knowledge. You will most likely see my name again, ha ha. Thank you, Gail

It' a capital L on a blue circle. That usually lists the last couple of files you've opened. That would be the simplest way. Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, I have no other ideas!
