Thank you, Cathy, for the clarification.

I would be scared to click on „Auf Standardwerte zurücksetzen“ however, because 
that sounds as if it is going to undo all my personal settings.
It is also not a translation of „Options for Default Settings“.
Maybe it’s a leftover from an earlier release in which you didn’t have this 
function.
My suggestion for a better translation would be: „Standardeinstellungen 
verwalten“.
